Due to the digital and service-based nature of our work, refunds are generally not provided once a project, campaign, or promotional service has started.
Eligibility for Refund
A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The service has not yet started
- Duplicate payment was made accidentally
- We are unable to deliver the agreed service
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed or partially completed services
- Organic promotion performance variations
- Delays caused by missing client materials or communication
- Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
- Changes in third-party platform algorithms or policies
Spotify & Promotion Disclaimer
MovGrowth does not guarantee specific streaming numbers, playlist placements, follower growth, viral success, or revenue outcomes. Results may vary depending on audience behavior, content quality, competition, platform algorithms, and market conditions.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks after service delivery may result in permanent restriction from future services and further action if necessary.
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation before work begins. Once a project or campaign has started, cancellation requests may not qualify for a refund.
